How it works

Memaila gathers the customer’s message, info, and order details from Amazon and forwards it to your team mailbox.

Members of your team can then answer back to the clients’ message directly through Memaila.

To send a reply to a message without leaving Slack, click on Start a thread.

If the thread is already started in Slack, you can reply and Memaila will post new messages in the same thread. As soon as Memaila processes your reply, a white checkmark will appear to confirm that the message was sent.

How to connect Amazon with Memaila:

Select “Amazon” from the integration dropdown

Click on “Get Token” link. It will redirect to an Amazon page from where you can easily find the token for the Memaila app

Enter “SELLER ID” and token in “MWSAUTHTOKEN”

Select a marketplace

To test the integration, enter an email address and click on the “Test Integration” link. It willshow the result underneath
